Ambassador Kirby being interviewed by First Channel Moldova TV

Ambassador Michael D. Kirby gave a brief interview on October 17 to First Channel Moldova for the program “Stories in Present Tense” (“Istorii la Prezent”) to be aired on October 27.  The Ambassador shared his impressions of Chisinau as a green city with many parks, nice restaurants, theaters and concert halls.   He expressed his gratification that so many new nice buildings are being built now in Chisinau, which make Chisinau look modern and very attractive.  He also mentioned that it is very important that so many old buildings are being restored, like the ones across the street from the Embassy that look very beautiful.
