Request for Quotation for Corporate Travel Services

The Embassy of the United States of America in Chisinau invites you to submit a quotation for corporate travel services as described in the attached Request for Quotation. The Embassy intends to award one contract for this service. The corporate travel services to be provided are for official domestic and international travel of Government employees and their dependents. Domestic and international travel includes travel within the country in which the U.S. Embassy Chisinau is located and travel outside that country, including travel within the U.S and other countries. The corporate travel services that the Contractor shall provide include, but are not limited to:
• Travel reservations, issuance and delivery of tickets for air, rail, bus and steamship carriers; and where possible, advance seat assignments and advance boarding passes;
• Reservations for lodging accommodations;
• Commercial automobile rental services;
• Assistance in obtaining passports, visas, and advice regarding health requirements;
• Detailed travelers' itineraries.
The location and operating hours are:
US Embassy Chisinau, Moldova: two days per week from 09:00 to 13:00.
Contractor's own facility (not on U.S. Government property): Monday to Friday, from 09:00 to 18:00 (excluding the time representative is located at US Embassy, Chisinau).
Your quotation must be submitted in a sealed envelope marked "Quotation Enclosed" to the American Embassy Chisinau, 103 A. Mateevici str., on or before 6:00 PM on June 12, 2009. No quotations will be accepted after this time.
