THE UNITED STATES AGENCY FOR INTERNATIONAL DEVELOPMENT (USAID) Office of the Regional Mission in Moldova is accepting applications for a Project Management Specialist-Crosscutting, FSN-10.

(The successful candidate may be appointed to a lower grade level if all qualifications/knowledge of the position are not met).

Major duties:

The incumbent will be a core member of the Governing Justly and Democratically team in Moldova and be responsible for working on and supporting a wide-range of activities within the USAID/Moldova portfolio. The incumbent will have Contracting Officer’s Technical Representative (COTR)/Agreement Officer’s Technical Representative (AOTR) responsibilities for activities that cut across the Moldova portfolio. Working with the Program Development Officer, he/she will also serve as a key person for inter-agency foreign assistance planning, evaluating and reporting. 
 

Required qualifications:

    * Bachelor’s degree, or the host country equivalent, in a field related to development assistance, public administration, business administration or economics.
    * Three to five years of experience in the indicated field of specialization, at least three years in international donor development assistance, civil society activism, independent media, or related work.
    * Level IV (fluent) English proficiency and native fluency in Romanian. Native fluency in Russian is highly desired.
