    Ambassador Moser and Singerei Middle School Principal Elizaveta Corciuc cut the ribbon to inaugurate the school's new bathroom facilities. The construction of this new bathroom facility is part of a larger project to renovate facilities at eight rural schools serving over 2,500 students and totaling over $430,000.
