2004 Press Releases

March 02, 2004

The Embassy of the United States of America is pleased to announce the continuation of the Democracy Commission Small Grants Program and requests proposals from registered non-governmental organizations or independent media organizations for projects that will stimulate open, balanced, public discussion and debate of issues of importance to average Moldovans. Successful proposals should include concrete events which will provide opportunities for people throughout the country to discuss issues about which they are concerned. Each discussion should include persons representing the full spectrum of perspectives on a particular issue.

Only project proposals which address this topic will be accepted.

The deadline for proposal submission is March 31, 2004 18:00.
